(referred to as "Hubang") is honored to invite Ms. Zhang Yingying, Director of the Yuyan Disabled Care Development Center in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, for an interview in this issue, and looks forward to more participation and assistance from Hubang in future public welfare undertakings. Zhang Yingying suffered from polio in her childhood, causing muscle atrophy in both legs and difficulty in movement. However, since 2011, she has resolutely devoted herself to the great cause of assisting disabled employment and entrepreneurship.
When it comes to the original intention of dedicating herself to public welfare, Zhang Yingying expressed with deep affection that as a disabled person, she has the most profound experience and feelings in this field. She felt deeply surrounded by love all along, as if she had the warmth of the whole world. Therefore, she yearns to pass on this love to more people and make society better because of love. It is precisely this original intention that drove her to devote herself to the cause of assisting the disabled, working together with various sectors of society to contribute to the well-being of the disabled community.
The Shenzhen Reshaping the Future Public Welfare Foundation led by Zhang Yingying and the Shenzhen Yuyan Disability Care Development Center provide comprehensive support to the disabled community from different perspectives and dimensions. Their service targets include people with disabilities, disabled individuals and their families, covering multiple fields such as employment and entrepreneurship, medical assistance, academic upgrading, talent cultivation, special education school teaching support, and empowerment and social integration of disabled family members.
When talking about her profound impression during the process of engaging in public welfare undertakings, Ms. Zhang Yingying was deeply moved. She said that in her more than ten years of career in public welfare, everything is vividly remembered. She witnessed firsthand the process of disabled friends stepping out of their homes and integrating into society, which was not only their personal transformation, but also the hope and future of several families. She especially mentioned the rural revitalization of the disabled sector. She and her team traveled across the country, involving hundreds of regions, and helped the disabled from the initial learning of typing skills, to employment through the Internet, to the development of first tier cities, and to start a family. The growth and changes along the way are very gratifying.
In the public welfare cause of assisting the disabled, Zhang Yingying stated that this is just the cause she loves. She said, 'Because of love, I won't get tired.' She is more focused on exploring a better model, replicating and promoting successful experiences, and benefiting more people with disabilities. Her team not only carries out public welfare activities for the disabled in China, but also goes abroad to spread love and hope in overseas countries. Every time she sees disabled people standing up and walking with their help, she is deeply shocked and inspired. Zhang Yingying and her team carried out free medical treatment and treatment for friends with physical disabilities. Faced with difficulties and challenges, Zhang Yingying demonstrated unwavering spirit. She said that engaging in public welfare has given her more love and strength, and when she sees people in need of help, she cannot give up. She is grateful for the support of caring individuals, caring enterprises, and governments at all levels, which have enabled her to never tire of helping the disabled. She joked, "This is not a job that can be easily given up, their growth is closely related to me
Zhang Yingying is full of expectations for the future of public welfare projects. She hopes to form a comprehensive form in the future, achieve diversified cross integration development, and provide full life cycle support and services for people with disabilities. She believes that as long as disabled friends don't give up on themselves, they will definitely have a better spring.
Finally, Zhang Yingying put forward four suggestions and encouragement for disabled friends: maintain a positive and optimistic attitude; Take a positive and optimistic view of problems; Persist in learning and constantly grow; Participate in diverse activities and broaden your horizons. She encourages everyone to face their differences bravely and not feel inferior, because everyone has their own unique side. She believes that as long as everyone works together, we can definitely create a more inclusive and better society. "
